All group training sessions are 45 mins each, during these sessions we will complete full body workouts combining cardio and weight training that anybody can do!

Before we start any training, I first need to identify exactly what your bodies starting statistics are. This is to give us both a true understanding of your current levels and enable me to plan the best approach for your weight loss journey.
I will be using body composition scales to calculate your bodies statistics, which I will then continue to use to monitor and track your progress throughout your journey. This is all achieved by collecting the following information from your body.
